8th Annual Snow Tubing - 1/31/15

 9th Annual Snow Tubing

January 31, 2015

As most of you know, this is our annual snow tubing event. The first AIDS Walk fundraiser with proceeds going to the MMB 2014 AIDS Walk Team.

We have just a few minor changes this year. That being the cost.

Green Acres raised there rates by two dollars so we had to raise our fee two dollars. We take into consideration the cost for tubing, and the cost for the Chalet, $150.00 for three hours, and try to make it a good fundraising event. We will be charging $18 this year. $2 more than last year. We will still have a donation jug so you can drop cash, coin, or checks in. We are also not doing a pay pal link. This will save on what we loose in fees. This will make it a cash only event. We will have something set up at dinner before Tubing to start paying. This is a work in progress.

We will be having dinner at Ruby Tuesday's "13375 60th St. N, Stillwater, MN (651) 439-3723," again this year. 6:00 PM dinner, and just like last year, 20% will be coming back to the MMB for the AIDS Walk.

"PLEASE" let us know if you'll be joining us for dinner. We are also asking for a few volunteers to help out.

When: Saturday, January 31, 2015

Where: Green Acres Recreation

Time: 6:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Note: Lower Chalet available at 7:30

Green Acres Recreation - 8989 - 55th Street N.

Lake Elmo, Mn. 55042

If you've been snow tubing with us before, you know how much fun it is.  If you haven't, then you don't want to miss this annual event.

If you'd like to pay in advace, feel free by clicking the Buy Now button below.

We will also have a donation jug at the Lodge. The movie bears will match your donations in the jug.
